Return and repair

Anda-Olsen offers favorable return policies and employs skilled technicians who repair products.

 

If you have a problem with the equipment you bought from Anda-Olsen, we will help you right away. This is how you do it:

 

Return products

If you wish to return a product you don't have a need for, contact our sales department. Our sales department will guide you through the process.

  • All returns must be agreed upon and approved before the product are returned
  • The return form must be included in the shipment.
  • Any returns without a return form will not be processed

 

Product repairs

If the product you bought from Anda-Olsen does not work like it should, contact our service department by phone or e-mail.

First we will try to fix the problem over the phone or e-mail. If we cannot fix it remotely, we will ask you to fill out the return form and send it to us, so our technicians can look at the matter. Remember: the return form must be included in the shipment.

  • All returns must be agreed upon and approved in advance before goods are sent.
  • The return form must accompany the shipment.
  • Received returns without a return form will not be processed.
