Industrial batteries

The NS 0,8-26Ah is the "standard" industrial battery, suitable for most applications. It is produced according to OEM quality and offers excellent performance and a reliable lifespan. These batteries are generally used in "all" applications, including UPSes, medical equipment and emergency call centres. 5-year designed lifespan. There are also variants with a designed lifespan of 10 years. These are marked with an "L" behind the item number of a standard NS series.

NM 40-250Ah is also a "standard" industrial battery for most applications. These batteries are also produced in accordance with OEM quality and offer excellent performance and a reliable lifespan. The industrial batteries are generally used in "all" applications, including UPSes, power storage, medical use, telecom and more. They have a designed lifespan of 10 years.

The NH series is similar in appearance to both the NS and NM series but is used in applications where the discharge time is less than two hours. The batteries perform very well with high discharges over shorter periods of time. These batteries are usually marked with a "W number" and not an Ah number since they are not intended to be discharged for 10-20 hours, as is often the case with ordinary batteries. Usually used in UPS applications and especially where physical space is a factor. They have a designed lifespan of 5-10 years.

The NF series is easily recognisable because of its special design. The battery is narrow, high and long, with terminals in the front for simple control and maintenance. The batteries are specially developed for installation in a 19" rack, and are typically used in telecom, UPS, the energy sector and smaller start-up applications. These industrial batteries have a designed 12-year lifespan.

The NG series is difficult to distinguish from the NM series in appearance but instead of AGM (glass mats), the electrolyte is suspended in a gel. The battery is "slower" than many other technologies. This makes the battery especially suited for ESS (Energy Storage Systems), where there is often a long charging time and a long discharge time. The NG series has a designed lifespan of 10 years.

All batteries in the Anda series that are AGM and GEL are not classified as dangerous goods and they are to be considered leak proof. This makes them safe to transport by land, air and boat, both above and below deck.
